Chapter 37: EXPOUNDING ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PRAJNAPARAMITA (1)
At that time, due to the divine power of Buddha should be in this three-thousandfold world, there was the assembly of the Heaven of the Four Great Kings, the Thirty-Three Heavens (Trāyastriṃśa), the Yāma Heaven, the Tuṣita Heaven, the Heaven of Enjoyment by Transformation, the Heaven of Others’ Transformation, the Brahma Beings Heaven, the Brahma Ministers Heaven, the Brahma Assembly Heaven, the Minor Light Heaven, the Immeasurable Light Heaven, the Utmost Pure Light Heaven, the Purity Heaven, the Minor Purity Heaven, the Immeasurable Purity Heaven, the Universal Purity Heaven, the Radiance Heaven, the Minor Radiance Heaven, the Immeasurable Radiance Heaven, the Broad Result Heaven, the No Affliction Heaven, the No Heat Heaven, the Good Manifestation Heaven, the Good Vision Heaven, the Highest Form Heaven (Akaniṣṭha), the venerable ones that all use the miraculous sandalwood incense powder of the celestial realm, scatter it from afar to make offerings to the Buddha, then go to the Buddha, pay respects at his feet, step back and stand aside.
At that time, the master of the celestial realm of the Four Heavenly Kings is Indra, the master of the Saha realm is the Great Brahma Heaven, the Utmost Pure Light Heaven, the Universal Purity Heaven, the Broad Result Heaven and the Purity Heaven… due to divine power cleverly remember and think of Buddha should all tryou see thousand venerable ones Buddha in the ten directions expound Correct Perfection of Wisdom, the honor and dignity of all self are the same. At that place, the Supreme Master asked the Buddha to say Perfection of Wisdom all has the name of Good Manifestation Devas, the venerable ones headed by Heaven, asked regarding Perfection of Wisdom all has the name of De Thich.
At that time, the World-Honored One told him to receive Good Manifestation Devas: Great Bodhisattva Maitreya, when attaining the supreme fruit of Enlightenment, also in here expounds correctly Perfection of such profound Wisdom. In this lifetime, all future Buddhas, also in here, expound Correct Perfection of such profound Wisdom.
He received Good Manifestation Devas and said to the Buddha:
“Venerable World-Honored One, Great Bodhisattva Maitreya, when attaining supreme fruit of Enlightenment will use what dharma and who is in order to expound correctly Perfection of such profound Wisdom?
The Buddha said: Hey Good Manifestation Devas, Great Bodhisattva Maitreya when attaining supreme fruit of Enlightenment will use form is not permanent, is not impermanent, is not pleasant, is not suffering, is not self, is not selfless, is not pure, is not impure, is not still, is not not quiet, is not separate, is not not separated, is not tied is not open, is not has is not khyou, is not past, is not future, is not present… in order to expound correctly Perfection of profound Wisdom as such; will using feeling, perception, formations, consciousness is not permanent, is not non-permanent, is not pleasant, is not suffering, is not self, is not non-self, is not pure, is not impure, is not still, is not not still, is not separate, is not not separated, is not forced, is not open, is not there, is not khyou, is not past, is not future, is not present, in order to expound the Correct Perfection of such profound Wisdom.
This Good Manifestation Devas, Great Bodhisattva Maitreya when attaining the supreme fruit of Enlightenment, will use eye-base is not permanent, is not non-permanent, is not pleasant, is not suffering, is not self, is not selfless, is not pure, is not impure, is not still, is not not still, is not separate, is not not separate, is not tied, is not open, is not existing, is not khyou, is not past, is not future, is not present… in order to expound correctly Perfection of profound Wisdom as such; will use ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind-bases is not permanent, is not non-permanent, is not pleasant, is not suffering, is not self, is not selfless, is not pure, is not impure, is not still, is not not still, is not separate, is not not separate, is not forced, is not open, is not there, is not khyou, is not past, is not future, is not present… in order to expound Correct Perfection of profound Wisdom as such.
